The general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to the entire www.witchsaloon.ch website and Witch Saloon products. By confirming your order on the online shop, you automatically confirm that you have read and understood the GTC and accept them in their entirety.
Witch Saloon reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time.
The valid version will be the one corresponding to the date of the customer's order.
PRICE

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs, including all taxes.

Witch Saloon reserves the right to change prices at any time.

The price applicable is the price determined at the time of purchase.
AVAILABILITY

Witch Saloon does not guarantee the availability of items.

In the event that the item ordered is out of stock, the customer will be contacted immediately.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

Deliveries are limited to Switzerland, European Union countries, Great Britain and the United States.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct billing and delivery information at the time of ordering.

The delivery time for Switzerland is 7 to 14 working days. No delivery times are provided for international shipments.

The delivery time may be extended in exceptional circumstances due to problems with the carrier or for any other reason (force majeure, stock shortages, unavailability of Witch Saloon).

Shipping costs for Switzerland are free for orders over CHF 99.

International shipping costs will depend on the weight of the parcel. Please note that Witch Saloon is in no way responsible for any additional taxes (VAT, customs duties, etc.), which will be entirely payable by the customer upon receipt of the parcel.

Once the order has been placed, the customer has the option of requesting cancellation by email within 24 hours. After this period, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Once the parcel has been posted by the Post Office, the customer is fully responsible for the goods.

In the event that the Post Office has lost the parcel, the customer must contact them as soon as possible. Witch Saloon is in no way responsible for the loss of your parcel.

Click & Collect option available at checkout. The customer will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange an appointment. Collection in store is free of charge.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

The customer is required to check the condition of the goods upon receipt.

All returned items must be in their original packaging. In addition, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You have the right to return the items ordered within 14 days and receive a refund, provided that the items have not been used and are not damaged through your fault. After the 14-day period, it will no longer be possible to request a refund or exchange.

In the event that your parcel has been lost or damaged by the carrier, please report the damage to your nearest post office within 8 days (from the date of delivery). Witch Saloon is in no way responsible for errors or damage caused by the postal service.

If the items do not match your order or are defective, please contact Witch Saloon within 3 days of delivery. You will need to provide: the order number, a photo of the defective goods, your surname, first name and address.
PAYMENT METHODS

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD: Via the secure website platform.

TWINT: Payment must be made within 24 hours. After this period, the order will be cancelled.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All creations, images, photos and texts on this site are the exclusive property of Witch Saloon and may not be copied or used without the written permission of Witch Saloon.
We thank you in advance for respecting these copyrights. Failure to do so may result in Witch Saloon enforcing its rights under applicable law.
